TASS Meetings & Membership 

SAILING TOGETHER SINCE 1984!  TASS is a sailing and social club based in Houston, Texas. We are the finest sailing club in the Galveston Bay Texas area for single adults, couples, and married couples who share a love of sailing.  TASS is a non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to promote the recreational sport of sailing.

TASS CHARTERS SAILBOATS.  The majority of our members do not own their own boats.  Most of our sailing is done on sailboats chartered in the Clear Lake, Kemah, and Seabrook Texas  area.  We sail virtually every weekend on Galveston Bay on boats skippered by qualified TASS sailors. NEW TO SAILING?  GREAT!  Not a problem!  We sponsor training and classes for all levels of sailing skills. Nearly all our sails, classes, and social events are open to non-members.

TASS MEETS EVERY THURSDAY EVENING!  We mingle, discuss upcoming activities, and sign up for events.  Event registration can also be done online at this website.  Our current weekly meeting location is listed below and on the online TASS Calendar of Events .

TASS MEMBERSHIP FEES:  TASS Membership Fee is $60/year (or $15/year for our NonLocal Members residing out of town, out of state or off cruising).  Early renewals are at the discounted rate of $55/year.  

BECOME A TASS MEMBER:  Visitors, guests, and former TASS members, can join or rejoin TASS by clicking  Join Today!  Payments also accepted also at TASS weekly meeting (cash or checks only; make check payable to "TASS").
